About Me

Hey, I’m Mateo — founder of B2bread. Over the past few years, I worked as a top-performing enterprise seller, helping close deals with some of the biggest logos in tech. Along the way, I found myself diving deeper into the systems behind the scenes — cleaning up our CRM, building reporting, and automating processes that were slowing us down.

What started as side projects to support my team turned into a real passion for RevOps and cross departmental collaboration. I realized that most startups don’t need more tools — they need better systems, clarity, and structure to actually scale.

That’s why I started B2bread — to help early-stage teams build smart revenue operations and GTM strategies from the ground up.
